We went through a long journey between the time that we decided to sell our house (and effectively sold it) and bought a new one! We first put the house on the market with another agent than the Crecelius. We did not price right and after one month with no showing, we decided to change agent. The house was listed with Jill and Jared as agent on June 2010 and sold it on Sept 2011! Most of that time we were out of the country. We relied on Jill and Jared to update us on potential buyers and shape of the house during that period. Jill and Jared sent us report every week , for one year. We went through buyers who back up their offer, buyers who offered really low price tag , withdrawing the house from the market. Finally on Aug 2011, Jill and Jared called us back with a serious and financially qualified buyer. While the house had no more MLS, we decided to sold it. Jared and Jill help us out to stay on the tough agenda of selling a property and buying a new one. In a course of 2 months we transition from our old house and are settling in our new house. Moving out of state has many challenges. Especially now. Buying a house today is like going to the airport the day after 9-11. Adding to that, the out of state trips to find a home and preparing for a new job, just to name a few, can intensify the tribulations of moving.
