Jared and Jill formed Solis Realty Group Inc. because they had a vision for customer service well beyond what they had experienced in any other real estate company. Jared, a Southwest Texas State grad, brought to Solis his years of experience negotiating, recruiting, and managing multi-million dollar accounts including overseas work for the DOD. While Jill, a Purdue grad and a former math teacher, brought her number sense, eye for the details, and overall passion for excellence. The blueprint for Solis arose from serving each individual client’s unique needs with a special focus on being tapped into Austin area insider knowledge, being new media savvy and project management driven, developing high-end print and professional photography, and expert negotiation (CNE certified). When Jared and Jill are not busy working with buyers and sellers or supporting agents, they are mostly likely somewhere with their two dobermans, Misty and Tonka… unless Jared is on the golf course with Gary and Don.

Gary grew up in rural Northeastern Indiana near Ft. Wayne. He earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) at General Motors Institute in Michigan and he earned a Masters of Business Administration degree (MBA) with a double-major in Finance and Marketing at the University of Texas.
A licensed REALTOR®, he is also a member of the Austin Board of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Gary has over 30 years of experience with executive-level corporate strategic sales, sales management, financial analysis and complex contract negotiations. He is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) – a designation held by fewer than 1% of realtors nationwide.
Gary’s career has allowed him to live in Detroit, Buffalo, Dallas, Austin, Frankfurt Germany, Atlanta, New York NY (3 times), Columbus and back in Austin – “my #1 choice and I’ve planted permanent roots”. He has purchased, sold and leased personal properties in 7 states and in Europe and has worked with out-of-state investors to procure short-sale rental properties in Austin.
He is a founder and board member of the local Wolf Pack select baseball team on which his 13 year old son Skyler plays. He home-schools his son, plays golf at Avery Ranch Golf Club and loves to attend concerts and events in downtown Austin.
